How do I join?

Create a free Chocolate Counter account and you're in — 200 points land in your balance the moment you sign up.

How do I earn points?

You earn 10 points for every $1 you spend, online or in the shop, plus 200 points on your birthday, 100 points for reviewing a product (200 if your review has a photo or video) and 100 points for following us on Instagram.

How much are my points worth?

Every 100 points is $1 off. Every $1 you spend earns 10 points, so that's 10% back:

Spend $10: 100 points, worth $1 off
Spend $50: 500 points, worth $5 off
Spend $100: 1,000 points, worth $10 off

Joining adds 200 points ($2 off) straight away. Online you can spend points 100 at a time, with no cap.

How do I use my points?

Online: open the rewards panel (the Rewards button on every page) and choose how many points to spend, 100 points for every $1 off. You'll get a code to use on your next one-time order.

In the shop: ask when you pay and we'll take your points off at the register, 500 points for $5 off or 1,000 points for 10% off.

Can I earn and spend points in the shop?

Yes. When you pay at the counter, give us the email address or phone number on your Chocolate Counter account and we'll add the sale to it, so you earn 10 points for every $1, just as you do online. To spend points in the shop, ask before we ring you up: 500 points takes $5 off, or 1,000 points takes 10% off your purchase.

When do I get my birthday points?

Add your birthday in the rewards panel and 200 points arrive on your birthday, once a year. Add it at least 30 days before the day — if your birthday is sooner than that, your points start next year.

How does refer a friend work?

Share your referral link from the rewards panel. Your friend gets a $5 off coupon, and once they make a purchase you get a $5 off coupon too.
