US shipping, priced by order total: under $50 is $15, $50 to $99.99 is $9, and $100 and up ships free. USPS Priority Mail Express is offered at checkout for an extra charge.

Orders ship within 2 business days (Monday to Friday) and usually arrive 2 to 3 business days after they ship. Free pickup at our North Hollywood shop is usually ready within an hour during shop hours.

Returns: chocolate and anything edible is final sale. Other items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and return shipping is free. If something arrives damaged, melted or wrong, email Hello@chocolatecounter.com with a photo within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
