A milk chocolate truffle rolled in toasted kunafa — shredded pastry baked until it crackles. Inside the thin chocolate shell is a pistachio filling: smooth pistachio paste with chopped pistachio and a few threads of kunafa through it. Crunchy outside, soft and nutty in the middle.
